Raised in Central London, his perspective is shaped by first hand exposure to its evolving nightlife, creative scenes, and communities. With a degree in Film Production and over 20 years experience across sales and hospitality, Jason brings a rare blend of creative direction and commercial discipline. He has contributed to, and led some of London’s most respected venues, developing a deep understanding of how strong identity, operational rigour, and long term thinking combine to build sustainable businesses. Community, accessibility, and clarity of purpose sit at the core of London Spacemakers. Under Jason’s leadership, the company focuses on creating spaces that are commercially resilient, culturally relevant, and genuinely inclusive.

Ola leads the creative direction of London Spacemakers, shaping the distinctive visual and spatial identity across its portfolio. She is responsible for the aesthetic language of each space, ensuring coherence and a strong sense of place.
Her approach is grounded in sustainability and organic enterprise, combining material sensitivity with commercially viable design. This philosophy positions London Spacemakers at the forefront of contemporary placemaking, where atmosphere, function, and long term relevance are treated with equal importance.
Ola’s leadership is underpinned by a proven track record, previously transforming her former pub into the top ranked venue in London on TripAdvisor - reflecting her ability to translate creative vision into exceptional customer experience and measurable commercial success.
