Nestled in the heart of Peckham, just two minutes from Zapoi, our sister bar XOTO sits at 210 Rye Lane.

The name comes from xoto, a Galician word from northern Spain meaning quietly self-contained - reserved, intriguing, and a little mysterious. It perfectly balances the spirit of our first bar: if Zapoi is the celebration, XOTO is the retreat.

Our story begins with an unexpected discovery. Beneath years of modernity we unearthed original tiles, over a century old, remnants of the building’s past as a bustling butcher’s shop. That serendipitous find became the cornerstone of our design:
